MS Inorganic Membrane vacuum filter mainly contain filter plates, drum, slurry room, vacuum system, washing system and control system. While working surface of the filter plate in slurry form a piece of material cake, meanwhile filtate pass filter plate flowing into filtrate tune. Marteial cake continue to dry under vacuum power until it enters discharge zone, after grave discharge cake, filter plate enters backwashing zone, the circle water washing the plate in this area, this is a complete working circle. It adopts ultrasonic and chemical detergent to clean after filter running seven hours to make sure high-efficiency running.
